Fit Thomas

How does non-scientific perception fit into Thomas Kuhn's idea of a Paradigm Shift?
How does non-scientific perception play into paradigm shift? What is required to accept a paradigm that doesn’t fit as well with what we see around us, but that seems scientifically more correct?
I don't know what you mean by "non-scientific perception."
• Is a "non-scientific perception" a way of looking at things non-scientifically?
• If so, what is extraordinary about that?
• Are we always looking at things scientifically?
The first sub-question is: How does a non-scientific perception play into paradigm shift?
Well: A paradigm shift is a change in paradigm.
• What is a paradigm?
○ A paradigm is an accepted school of science that is pursuing knowledge within an confined area of study. (e.g. Biology is concerned with the area of life. Astrology is concerned with the area of celestial bodies.)
But again, the first sub-question is: How does a non-scientific perception play into paradigm shift?
• What exactly do you mean by "play into"?
• Do you mean integrate?
• Do you mean affect?
